We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience at our shopping centre.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with guest enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests, providing comprehensive information and knowledge to ensure their needs are met
  • Log feedback and requests to management teams and manage difficult guest queries with patience and empathy
  • Rectify and resolve guest problems, generate traffic reports and support administrative tasks as required
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Duty Manager/Team Leader evenings/weekends/public holidays
  • Support projects and contribute to the overall success of our shopping centre
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer/guest services or retail industry
  • High level of IT proficiency, proactive approach and ability to solve problems
  • Personable and genuine love for interacting with guests, empowered to rectify and resolve guest questions
