Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to lead our finance function and partner with our CEO to shape and execute our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance and ensure strong financial governance.
  • Partner with our CEO and executive leaders to provide strategic insight on business trends, investment opportunities, and organisational risks.
  • Provide financial advice and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes and deliver effective financial planning in line with our strategic priorities.
  • Maintain our financial strength through cash flow management and allocation.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Demonstrated track record as a CFO and in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Experience operating as a strategic thought partner and partnering with CEOs.
  • Proven leadership that drives performance, accountability, and coaching of team members.
  • Strong background in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, financial control, and cost allocation.
  • Experience with transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes.
  • Commercial acumen to align financial, operational, and people strategy and outcomes.
  • Ability to conceptualise and implement strategic initiatives and business models.
