Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to lead our finance advisory team in delivering tailored solutions to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice, mentoring teams, and driving operational improvements.

  • Lead client engagements across bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, and advisory services.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support client decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a team of accountants, fostering capability and high performance.
  • Resolve complex accounting issues and ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements.
  • Drive operational improvements, process efficiencies, and business outcomes for clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Extensive experience in the commercial sector, financial reporting, professional services, or audit.
  • Strong leadership background managing accounting teams.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering advisory services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian tax compliance and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
