About the Role

The Manager role provides expert advice to our leadership and stakeholders on the evolution of our solution ecosystem and capability. You will build and maintain solid relationships with areas and teams responsible for technical aspects of solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of approximately 20 employees accountable for business-wide usage of solutions in our organization">
  • Recommending and delivering strategies that provide high-level service support to resolve usage issues and ensure continuous improvements">

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience leading and managing teams to deliver proactive and tactical solutions that provide stability and elevate business and employee performance. Your ability to understand, identify, and ensure alignment between services and products with business needs is paramount.
