About the Role

Our kindergarten is seeking an experienced Diploma Room Leader or Educator to join our team. As a Childcare Educator, you will be part of a supportive team that prioritises young children's growth and development.

We celebrate diversity and focus on natural, sustainable play environments promoting children's health and well-being.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cert III Educator to become Diploma qualified and receive government funding directly.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of curriculum approaches and their strengths and weaknesses in various settings or with specific children.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Adhere to Education and Care Services National Laws, regulations, and National Quality Standards
  • Code of Ethics: Implement and uphold the service's Code of Conduct
  • Service Philosophy: Maintain Workplace Health and Safety and uphold privacy and confidentiality
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to colleagues in all service operations
Requirements

To be successful, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and experience setting up and documenting experiences.

You will also need excellent leadership skills, a passion for sharing knowledge, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
