**Casual Educator Role Overview**

Casual educators are an integral part of our early learning environment, providing support to permanent staff and delivering play-based learning experiences for children. We're seeking enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our vibrant team.

About the Position
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support daily routines and transitions in different rooms
  • Deliver engaging play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
  • Work flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional care and education to children in a supportive and inclusive environment
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs
  4. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards it)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee) - NSW
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • Experience working in early learning (preferred)
