Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic early childhood educator to join our team at Kids Academy Springfield.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to young children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Lead Educator/Educational Leader in developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain one
  • Reliable transportation to and from the centre
  • Commitment to completing a Traineeship through our Learning Academy
