As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, providing expert advice to business areas, and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Provide expert advice to business areas on recruitment best practices and APS policies
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases and records
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of APS policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
