About This Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work with a high-performing agent and gain hands-on experience across the full scope of residential sales. You'll be mentored with exposure to everything from open homes and client meetings to back-end campaign support.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Support the sales agent with listing and selling of residential properties
  • Attend open inspections and engage with prospective buyers
  • Manage client and vendor communication throughout campaigns
  • Coordinate property marketing and prepare necessary documentation
  • Assist with daily prospecting and phone work alongside the team

What We're Looking For

  • A can-do attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident in both communication and organisation
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work Saturdays
  • Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential, personality, attitude, and commitment are key
