Aged Care Residential Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to play a vital role in driving sales and occupancy, while maintaining strong relationships with residents and partners within our organisation.
This exciting full-time permanent role provides unlimited scope for a true sales professional who thrives on achieving outstanding sales results and delivering exceptional service excellence.
The successful candidate will be based in our regional office in Klemzig, responsible for driving sales across our three homes around the Adelaide CBD.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry.
- Able to manage a referral/channel partner network generating qualified leads.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Empathy, compassion, and genuine interest in supporting elderly individuals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
