  • Support other corporate initiatives related to people development as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder, preferably in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail and multinational companies is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in conducting training programs, particularly in customer service and selling skills.
  • Ability for public speaking to large audience and be able to captivate an audience.
  • A customer service-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong emphasis on compliance and adherence to guidelines.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
