- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development curriculum that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances staff capabilities nationwide.
- Design, develop, and execute training programs focused on key areas such as customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, and grooming standards.
- Actively engage with retail and corporate teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Coordinate and deliver initiatives like leadership programs, team-building activities, retail conferences, and coaching/mentoring programs.
- Lead initiatives that drive the desired behaviors and culture within the organization. Oversee the roll-out, communication, and action planning of the Engagement & Enablement Survey results.
- Plan and oversee the annual Legacy ceremony and related activities.
- Collaborate with the retail management team to review, revise, and improve training materials and delivery frequency.
- Administer e-learning programs and contribute to the creation of e-learning content where necessary.
- Ensure consistent alignment of training strategies and priorities across different regions.
- Conduct pre-course analysis, post-course evaluations, and compile comprehensive reports on learning and development activities.
- Manage logistics, including facilities, equipment, training materials, and maintain training calendars and staff training records
- Support other corporate initiatives related to people development as required.
- Education: Degree holder, preferably in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail and multinational companies is highly desirable.
- Strong hands-on experience in conducting training programs, particularly in customer service and selling skills.
- Ability for public speaking to large audience and be able to captivate an audience.
- A customer service-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong emphasis on compliance and adherence to guidelines.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
