Learning and Development Professional

We're on the hunt for a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our talented Sales Capability & Solutions Team at Lion. In this pivotal position, you'll play a key role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging sales capability development programs that drive business results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, elevating Lion's L&D offerings to differentiate it in the market.
- Take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.
- Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making continuous improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, with strong facilitation skills and experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions would be an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Proactive & consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisational needs and foster a culture of growth and development.
