Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team. This role is ideal for a professional who possesses a strong foundation in building systems and services or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance.

You will play a crucial role in guiding our clients toward a more sustainable and low-carbon future, integrating environmentally sound practices into every stage of their projects.

  • Lead client programs and project delivery focused on sustainable building solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance.
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.
  • Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors).

This role requires a strategic thinker with analytical skills and emotional intelligence, who thrives in collaborative environments and stays current with sustainability innovations.
