Lead Power Generation Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Power Generation Engineer to join our national team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in utility-scale power generation systems and equipment.

Job Description:
  • Leads project mechanical teams and coordinates with other engineering disciplines.
  • Monitors and communicates project status.
  • Provides mechanical engineering support for detailed design and owner's engineer projects.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas turbines, steam turbines, and large reciprocating engines. A strong understanding of simple cycle and combined cycle power generation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project mechanical teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation design and operations.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
