Power Systems Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Power Systems professional to lead our team in Australia, working on significant energy transition infrastructure projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on project challenges and develop owner's standard requirements.
  • Manage time, quality, and financial aspects on projects and proposals to meet deadlines and project success criteria.
  • Guide and review designs for large generator interconnections related to both onshore and offshore environments.
  • Implement Ramboll QA/QC procedures and understand codes and standards related to the power systems environment.
  • Build client relationships and convey technical knowledge convincingly through effective communication and ensuring projects are aligned with client objectives.
  • Assist with performance management process and mentoring.
About You:
  • You have an Electrical engineering degree, B.Eng., BS or MS, Chartered Professional Engineering is highly preferred.
  • You have expert knowledge on electrical systems and components in an Australian context.
  • You are eager to make a difference in the green energy transition.
  • You have 15+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years' experience in large scale renewables design or project development.
  • You have significant project experience – preferably within a similar role.
  • Team Leadership and Development - you have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients, resolve conflicts, and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
