We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our operations team. As a key member of this team, you will oversee the generation team at LMS Energy.

Your primary role will involve maintaining operational assets to industry standards and ensuring operational field support is delivered effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, guiding their team to be accountable for their performance and project outcomes.

They will also be responsible for applying electrical aptitude to scheduling, recording, and managing priorities in line with stakeholder expectations.

In addition, they will drive collaboration with other internal business groups, liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure electrical compliance, and manage reports and coordinate planning and response actions in line with performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a trade certificate in Electrotechnology – Electrician, minimum 5+ years of managerial experience, experience in the power generation or automation industry, sound knowledge and application of electrical Standards, codes and regulations, and a willingness to undertake regular intrastate and interstate travel.
