Queensland Physiotherapy, a growing allied health clinic in Albany Creek, QLD, is looking for a friendly and professional junior front desk admin to join our team full-time. If you're aged between 18 and 24 and have been out of work for 8 weeks or more, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Thanks to a government grant, we can offer a solid, full-time role at our lovely clinic in Albany Creek.

Working closely with our dedicated practice manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our bustling clinic. **Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including**:

- Warmly greeting patients with a smile
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing appointment schedules
- Billing and payment processing
- Follow-up phone calls
- Managing stock levels and completing stocktakes
- Tackling general admin tasks with enthusiasm
- Operating various machines
- Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Pitching in with various tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
- **Bubbly**: You love dealing with people and being the first point of contact.
- **Reliable**: You have a reputation for showing up to work each day and doing what you say you will do.
- **Mature**: You have maturity beyond your years.
- **Professional**: You hold yourself to a high standard.
- **Flexible**: Your schedule allows you to work any shift we give you during our business hours.
- **Proactive**: You have the initiative to get tasks done without needing to be asked.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You have strong attention to detail and can multi-task effectively.

**To qualify for this role, you must**:

- Be aged 18-24
- Have completed your high school certificate
- Have been out of work for at least 8 weeks
- Not be a full-time student

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
