We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. The role will involve delivering exceptional reception services, supporting the coordination of clinics and specialists, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
Responsibilities:- Deliver a warm and respectful reception service including phone and front-desk enquiries.
- Support the coordination and administration of visiting specialists and clinics.
- Assist with bookings and maintenance of meeting rooms and clinic spaces.
- Cleanliness and organization of the workplace is essential.
- Organize meeting room setup and assist with catering requirements.
- Manage outgoing mail and general office duties.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and broader staff as required.
- Prior experience in administration or reception (community or health sector experience highly regarded).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and culturally sensitive approach.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
- A valid 'C' class driver's license and National Police Clearance.
- National Disability Clearance Check and Working with Children Check.
