Medical Receptionist - Relief Role

As a Medical Receptionist on a relief basis, you will provide exceptional patient care and service in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders while working at multiple branches located north of the river.

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings, settling patient accounts, and updating patient profiles. You will also be responsible for managing patient communication, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relief at multiple branches located north of the river
  • Work full-time hours at our Subiaco branch when not providing relief
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service
  • Manage patient communication, respond to queries, and resolve issues
