Team Leader


About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate team of support workers in providing person-centred care to individuals with complex needs.


The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting participants in their daily lives, ensuring they receive consistent and safe care in an engaging and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting participants in day-to-day activities and providing active care
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of support workers
  • Designing and implementing activities to support participant goals
  • Coordinating care plans, documentation, and participant goals
  • Collaborating with families, stakeholders, and your service coordination team

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Team Leader who can bring a creative approach to our work. If you have experience in disability or community services and a strong understanding of behaviour supports, we'd love to hear from you.
