Supply Chain Operations Manager

This is a critical leadership position in an organisation with exceptional growth and market share from competitors. The company operates multiple distribution facilities that manage the movement of complex food and beverage products through diverse sales channels.

As a key supply chain leader, you will be responsible for managing operations and driving excellence across the business. This role involves:

  • Function leadership of all distribution centres and transport across multiple locations
  • Leading logistics activity in the movement of a diverse product range to customers
  • Responsible for the development and transformation of best-in-class supply chain operations, focusing on leadership, personnel development, culture, efficiency, and costs
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the network and through suppliers
  • Optimising customer service levels, ensuring they are met or exceeded, and leading on strategic logistics objectives nationally

To succeed in this role, you must have led a multi-site logistics operation within a FMCG or Retail environment.
