At LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the operational planning and implementation of our multi-site Housekeeping departments in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping, with a Rooms Division or Housekeeping background being highly desirable.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to interact with employees and clients. You will be responsible for determining the most efficient ways for each housekeeping department to operate, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and maintaining high standards of WH&S across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine operational strategies and implement plans to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee housekeeping management, including budgeting, forecasting, and labour reports
  • Maintain high standards of WH&S across all sites, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
