Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Director

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager/Controller to join our team at BespokeHR. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and lead our financial operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, including bookkeeping, business performance analysis, cash flow reporting, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, KPIs, forecasting, and management of month-end close and reconciliation processes. They will also prepare accurate annual financial statements and tax returns for external accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Lead our financial operations team, ensuring efficient and effective daily accounting function and systems.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide high-quality financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow forecasts and working capital position.
  • Payroll and Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Finance Manager/Controller or senior bookkeeper with broader responsibilities.
  • Highly proficient with systems and reporting.
  • Competent and confident with payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strength in developing meaningful management reports.
  • Able to work to deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player prepared to help out in any area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and multi-task.

What We Offer:

BespokeHR offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $‎80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
