  • Contribute to the development of business strategy and positioning to drive competitive advantage and guest value.
  • Support the delivery of major strategic and transformational initiatives through structured problem-solving and analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform short, medium, and long-term business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including airline operating economics, to evaluate and inform strategic opportunities.
  • Track key performance metrics to assess progress against strategic goals and commercial success.
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations to communicate insights and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics (postgraduate qualifications like CFA or CPA are a bonus).
  • 2–4 years' experience in a Strategy role, ideally in a Management Consulting or in-house Strategy setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data tools.
  • A commercial mindset and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into actionable insights.
