About the Role

Our business transformation team in Sydney is seeking a dynamic professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in turnaround strategy, financial due diligence, stakeholder engagement, M&A, restructuring advisory, and operational performance improvement.

We work with corporates, private equity funds, lenders, and other key stakeholders to support value creation efforts, optimise growth and operating costs, balance sheets, drive transaction outcomes, and manage event-driven change.

Our services include strategic planning, profitability improvement, data analytics, commercial and financial due diligence, special situations transactions advisory, financial modelling, and interim management support.

We collaborate closely with our corporate finance and restructuring segment which focusses on clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs.

As a professional with 4 to 7 years of experience, you will:

  • Analyse various businesses operations and financial performance;
  • Critically assess, develop, and implement business strategies;
  • Build financial models;
  • Undertake commercial and/or financial due diligence;
  • Manage capital market transactions (including debt and equity raisings);
  • Project manage and implement initiatives for clients;
  • Mentor and train junior staff, and provide thought leadership on various topics;
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and quantitative exhibits for clients and third parties;

Required Skills and Qualifications
