Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Valuations to lead our team in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing team performance, and delivering high-quality valuation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of valuers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and high-quality work.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored valuation solutions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the team, ensuring budgeted revenue and profit targets are met.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree-qualified with a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) qualification.
  • Experience: Proven leadership experience, preferably in a valuation or related field.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
