Role Overview: As a Senior Valuation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our valuation team, leading complex statutory related valuation projects and providing expert advice to our stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting detailed property assessments, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and ensuring team compliance with Territory policies, and statutory and industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections and market research to inform valuation decisions.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports that meet industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients on valuation matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior valuation specialists to ensure team success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation is required.
  • Certified Practicing Valuer or equivalent with a recognised professional valuation institute is highly desirable.
