You will be working closely with small business owners to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and goals
  • Develop and implement commercial lending strategies to support the growth of our customers' businesses
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services to meet the specific needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months
