As a commercial lending professional, you will engage with customers to understand their business goals and needs. You will provide relevant solutions, including commercial lending up to $1 million, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Originate a range of solutions for businesses, including commercial lending, asset finance, and everyday banking solutions.
  • Proactively support customer business and personal goals.
  • Become a local business ambassador, building awareness of the banking proposition.
  • Host small business education events to promote financial wellbeing.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings to build referral partnerships.
Key Requirements:
  • Commercial lending or B2B sales experience.
  • Fundamental financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills (face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
  • Passion for small business customers or experience managing a small business.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority Level 2 or willingness to obtain within six months.
