Job Responsibilities
  • We facilitate customer conversations to understand their goals and needs, providing relevant solutions including commercial lending, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
  • We engage customers to support their business and personal goals, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • We promote our business proposition through events and education programs, becoming a brand ambassador within the local business community.
  • We attend key stakeholder meetings to build awareness of Small Business services and collaborate with partners to drive referrals.
Requirements
  • You have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • You possess solid financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • You have excellent customer engagement skills, both face-to-face and non-face-to-face.
  • You can facilitate conversations, manage pipelines, and drive proactive customer contact.
  • You have a passion for Small Business customers or experience in managing a Small Business.
  • You hold FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
