The Opportunity: Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are seeking Year 10 students for School–based Traineeships in Plumbing at our Pymble branch. As a trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Warehousing Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be expected to embody the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service to meet our high standards
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff through phone and in-person interactions
  • Develop product knowledge and contribute to maintaining a high-standard workplace
  • Provide follow-up support to customers and participate in team efforts

About You: We are looking for individuals with good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. As a team player, you should be willing to maintain a neat and tidy workspace, present well, and have Saturday availability for part-time work.

What We Offer: Students can expect to work approximately one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays.
