Administrative Support Specialist

Pymble Ladies' College is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Pymble Swimming Programs. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all customers have a positive experience within the centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Pymble Swimming Programs.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Co-ordinator to ensure smooth operation of allocated shifts.
- Process bookings and payments for customers using dedicated software.
- Manage general swimming and facility enquiries, as well as phone and email communication.
- A willingness to support the ethos and values of the College.
- Experience working autonomously and ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) proficiency.
- An engaging and active team player with excellent communication skills.
- A current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
