The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating the vessel, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the owner and guests.

- Experienced sailing captain

- Basic engineering / troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with the owner's schedule
Requirements include working rights in Australia. A flexible work arrangement is offered, allowing the captain to fly in/out for deliveries, maintenance, and guest trips.
