East Coast Sail Catamaran Captain Wanted

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sailor to join a 52-foot sail catamaran as captain.
The owner uses the vessel on an intermittent basis, sometimes alone, and at other times with one or two guests. The captain will be responsible for navigating the vessel from Port Stephens to the Whitsundays, and potentially keeping a permanent berth in Port Stephens, Gold Coast or the Whitsundays.
The owner is looking for a low-key captain who can work independently and respect their personal space. The ideal candidate will be personable, mature-minded, and able to work well without close supervision.
The captain will have the flexibility to fly in and out of the region, being present for deliveries, maintenance, and all guest trips. This is a terrific opportunity for a flexible work arrangement.
Additional casual/delivery crew members may be required when the vessel is under passage. The position would suit a skilled sailor looking for a lifestyle role with a experienced and established yacht owner.

Salary: Day rate or annual salary in AUD.
