Want to make a difference in the community? Do you want to play a key role in road sealing operations on the Coast? We are currently seeking a new Crew Member Driver.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Spray Sealing Crew and deliver Council's Spray Sealing Program efficiently.
  • Contribute to the Road Treatment Program and Council's Capital Works Program.
  • Seal works for other sections of Council and external contractors when required.
Qualifications
  • Current HR Drivers Licence
  • Current Safework Traffic Control Certificate
  • Valid Construction General Induction Card, Safework NSW or equivalent
  • Safe Work Near Overhead Power Lines Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in the operation of a spreader truck front end loader, street sweeper and multi-tyred rollers
  • Knowledge of road safety signage and safety procedures relevant to construction work
Other Information
  • The commencing salary for this position is up to $66K. Central Coast Council provides progression opportunities up to a maximum of $76.5K on assessment of skills and performance; 12% superannuation + Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions allowance
  • Permanent full-time role
  • 9 day fortnight
  • Location: Erina Depot
