Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to a high standard, following menu guidelines and minimising waste.
  • Manage stock efficiently; ordering, receiving, and rotating to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen area, including equipment and surfaces.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Follow all WHS and food safety procedures, including audits, chemical handling, and accurate record-keeping.
About You
  • Prior experience in food preparation and cooking, with strong communication and basic budgeting skills.
  • A proactive, respectful team player who takes feedback well and contributes to a positive work culture.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high standards.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and using kitchen equipment safely with PPE.
