Job Title

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of swim school programs across multiple aquatic centers.

  • Coordinate daily swim school operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
  • Supervise instructors, duty managers, and deck supervisors to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and customer information.
  • Support program development, including school programs and holiday activities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to customer feedback, maintaining high service standards.
  • Achieve occupancy and performance targets, driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Austswim or Swim Australia qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and current CPR.
  • Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale swim programs.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management ability.
  • High-level customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends as required.
