Job Title: Swim School Team Leader

A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual to lead a swim school team in delivering exceptional aquatic programs. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can drive results, promote our Aqua Learn to Swim program, and foster a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality aquatic programs through effective leadership and coaching of the swim school team.
  • Promote the importance of water safety to the wider community and engage with schools and local groups to provide Learn to Swim programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including enrolment retention and customer service delivery.
  • Motivate and develop staff to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Develop and implement training plans for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide consistent and exceptional customer service to students and their families.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Austswim Certificate in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, Swim Australia, or Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and customer service skills.
  • Coaching/teaching experience in aquatic programs.
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • Current Class C driver's license.
