Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough rent reviews and stay up-to-date on relevant legislation.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance, manage renovations, and conduct routine inspections of tenanted properties.
  • Complete entry and exit reports, maintain accurate arrears records, and build strong relationships with landlords and nurture new tenants.
