Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our Integrated Facilities Management portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring robust performance management, financial tracking, and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to our operating model and governance frameworks for IFM delivery.
  • Lead regular governance meetings with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to review performance, compliance, and risk.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on work order performance, including response times, resolution times, backlog, and completion rates.
  • Track and report on financial performance, including budget adherence, cost savings, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of all contractual KPIs and SLAs with accurate and timely submission.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities management, operations, or related field with strong understanding of IFM delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes and reporting for large, complex portfolios.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and financial tracking in service delivery environments.
