Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, design and deliver strategic programs that drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue.

This is a collaborative, results-driven role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.

  1. Create and execute integrated field marketing strategies that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue.
  2. Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts and segments, ensuring alignment with account strategies and growth objectives.
  3. Prioritize cross-functional collaboration for maximum reach and input on all ABM programs.
  4. Drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and measurable ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing.
  • Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms.
