Senior Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue through strategic field marketing initiatives.

This highly collaborative, results-driven role requires a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing.

The successful candidate will design and deliver high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth, account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and segments, and impactful in-person and virtual experiences. They will also lead community-building initiatives by developing owned programs and engaging with partner and industry communities.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with marketing automation platforms. You will also need to be able to measure, analyze, and report on the impact of field marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives
  • Design and deliver high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies, account-based marketing programs, and impactful events
  • Lead community-building initiatives to strengthen connections and amplify brand presence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing
  • Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders
