Life Changing Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to provide support and assistance to people with disabilities in a supportive living environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support, enabling individuals to live independently within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
This role requires a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Flexibility is essential to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.
Key qualifications include:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), which is advantageous but not mandatory.
- The capacity to meet physical requirements, as some manual handling tasks may be involved.
Additional requirements include:
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR.
- National Criminal History Check.
- Full driving license with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
