Upgrade Your Career with Our Car to Bus Licence Programme

We are seeking new drivers who enjoy working with people and delivering great service to join our team of Kinetic bus drivers.

This programme is designed for those looking for a change or wanting a more rewarding career in public transport.

No previous bus driving experience is required; we will pay you while training you to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence.

Our comprehensive, five-week induction programme includes classroom and on-road training, providing ongoing support over the next 12 months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

As a driver, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring safe and reliable journeys for our customers.

Multiple positions are available, offering great pay rates from $35.04 per hour based in North Mackay.

  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation.
