Data Insights Specialist

About the Position:
- Extract insights from raw data to drive meaningful impact.
- Develop interactive visualizations and ensure data integrity.
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders using advanced tools like Power BI, R, and Python.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting and data requirements.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and ERP tools.
- Analyse data using Python and R for deeper insights and automation.
- Cleanse and manage data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Support testing activities and maintain documentation for ongoing improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing end-to-end business intelligence solutions and reports.
- Proficient in Power BI, DAX, R, and Python for data analysis and modelling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage large, complex datasets.
- Knowledge of data governance and ITIL tools like ServiceNOW.
- Familiarity with TechnologyOne ERP systems and Azure cloud platforms is an advantage.
