Business Analytics Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Expert to join our team in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing user data, deriving valuable insights, and collaborating with various departments to develop strategies that enhance user experiences.

This role is responsible for all APAC markets and will focus on uncovering behavioral insights through cohort analysis and A/B testing. The successful candidate will identify high-impact segments to inform lifecycle and retention strategies, track churn signals, and optimize for customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to align analytics with business goals and shape the analytics roadmap with a data-driven strategic lens.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented team culture.
  • Uncover behavioral insights through cohort analysis and A/B testing.
  • Identify high-impact segments to inform lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Track churn signals and optimize for customer lifetime value.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in an analytical role within a digital business, ideally media related.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Social Science; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle & retention analytics, including user segmentation, churn modeling, and engagement strategies, is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in SQL with demonstrated hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with a strong track record of translating data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
