Job Title

**Fleet Maintenance Compliance Officer**

We are seeking a professional to manage our fleet maintenance records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate fleet maintenance recordkeeping;
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are followed in accordance with internal expectations and external compliance regulations;
  • Work with systems to further develop and improve our maintenance reporting and continue the roll out of technology based compliance;
  • Ensure tow operator information is up to date and ensure that details are accurately recorded in our systems;
  • Processing, scanning and filling of documents;
  • Working with and maintaining compliance records;
  • Closing out end of month administration;
Requirements
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a compliance or maintenance management role
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
  • Professional manner
  • Proficient general IT skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in team & autonomously
