**Maintenance Leadership Opportunity**

As a trusted leader in sustainable agriculture, we're committed to connecting rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers worldwide. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our maintenance team as a Maintenance Supervisor.

This role is based at our site in Geelong, where you'll oversee a team of permanent tradespeople and contractors. You'll coach and develop individuals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high safety standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Establishing and monitoring schedules to ensure timely completion and quality.

- Maintenance Management: Managing open work orders to completion, prioritizing jobs based on business requirements.

- Breakdown Response: Managing responses to breakdowns, especially those impacting service levels and resource allocation.

- Budget Management: Ensuring maintenance spend aligns with expectations, supporting labor costs.

- Continuous Improvement: Developing a team culture that adopts continuous improvement, maintaining operational and strategic plans for site maintenance.

**Key Requirements**

- Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities using systems like SAP or MEX.

- Supervisory experience under an enterprise agreement and ability to understand and interpret it.

- Strong continuous improvement mindset and strong safety leadership behaviors are welcome.
