Cloud Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to spearhead our clients' cloud initiatives and drive technological innovation.

  • This role demands expertise in cloud-based application development, data management, and seamless integrations. Proficiency in developing and deploying applications using at least two of the following languages: Ruby, Java, Python, PHP, or Go is required.

  • The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of key data services offered by Heroku, including Kafka, Redis, and Postgres DB, paired with expertise in data migrations and integrations, particularly with Heroku Connect.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration points with Heroku platforms, such as MuleSoft and Salesforce Data Cloud, is also essential.

  • The successful candidate will be a skilled leader who can establish relationships and influence strategic directions both internally and with clients.

  • Strong communication skills are required for effectively articulating technical solutions, conducting workshops, and engaging with both technical and non-technical team members at all organizational levels.

  • Agile and responsive, the candidate should be able to expedite processes and get results swiftly while maintaining focus and effectiveness in dynamic and changing situations.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Advanced degrees or certifications related to cloud architecture, such as Heroku Architecture, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar.

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in software development and cloud-based architectures, including hands-on expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical architecture consulting role specifically focused on Heroku enterprise projects OR other cloud based architectures.
