Child and Adolescent Care Specialist

As a Clinician in Child and Adolescent Practice, you will be working with complex children and young people in custody. You will deliver clinical programs aimed at rehabilitation and administer targeted programs to achieve sustained behavior change.
This role involves providing evidence-based clinical assessments and delivering targeted criminogenic and non-criminogenic programs on an individual or group basis to children and young people.
Responsibilities include supporting specialist advice to teams, completing case notes, preparing treatment plans, treatment reports, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
You will also lead initiatives and manage quality assurance to support the implementation of child safe standards across internal and external clinical teams.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and expertise on child and adolescent development, knowledge on interventions and policy.
